The LearningEnergy Workshops are held for groups of students in year 6 of primary school and year 3 of secondary school in the Visitor Centre at the Repsol Industrial Facility in Cartagena. Through different activities, students will be able to enjoy themselves as they learn more about the world of energy.
As part of a workshop called The Great Energy Mix Challenge, students in secondary school assume different roles and become energy managers. They've got to work together to guarantee the energy supply in a sustainable manner.
Both the younger and the older groups have the opportunity to participate in the Energy Game Circuit, a team-based game where students have to overcome various challenges to discover the different energy sources and the importance all of them have in achieving a sustainable city.
As part of this activity, students will also be able to learn more about the Cartagena Industrial Facility in an innovative and creative manner.
If your school is interested in participating, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before 10 May.
