Fundación Repsol undergraduate and Master's degree grants for students with disabilities28.07.2016
For the third year in a row, Fundación Repsol is launching the grant programme for people with disabilities for higher education studies in areas related to hydrocarbon exploration and production. This year, the second edition of the programme aimed at undergraduate students is being launched. This is in addition to grants for master's degrees, a programme which began in the 2014/2015 academic year.
The purpose of the grants is to promote the social and labour inclusion of people with disabilities, promoting equal opportunity training, especially in technical areas.
All in all, Fundación Repsol offers a maximum of ten grants for bachelor's degrees and two for master's degrees. The allocation of grants is up to €5 000 each, per year, with a duration of one academic year. This can be extended for another year depending on the duration of the master's and up to three times in the case of undergraduate degrees.
In addition to financial aid, Fundación Repsol will coordinate with Repsol to allow students to complete internships in the company whenever possible. These internships are governed by collaborative agreements between the company and the university.
Grant candidates must meet the following requirements, among others:
- Be a Spanish resident.
- Be enrolled in official studies in a Spanish university in any of the degree programs listed in the terms and conditions.
- Have legal accreditation of a disability equal to or greater than 33%, or a permanent disability.
- Meet the academic requirements specified in the terms and conditions.
Fundación Repsol collaborates with Fundación Universia to carry out the process of receiving and selecting applications. Candidates can complete the application form (undergraduate or master's) and send it before the 2nd of November, 2016 by email to email@example.com, with the subject “Fundación Repsol Scholarships Undergraduate/Master's".
