The aim of this scholarship programme is to work alongside the university to help secondary education students with a good academic record and high levels of motivation, but who are facing financial, social, or personal difficulties, to begin or continue their university studies.

Each year, five scholarships for a value of 5000 euros each are granted, and the existing grants from previous years are renewed, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the programme. The total granted this year amounts to 95000 euros.

This initiative is part of Fundación Repsol's university scholarship programme. In addition to the URV, Fundación Repsol also works with the Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT) and the University of Castilla- La Mancha (UCLM). The aim is to support talent and help secondary students begin their studies at university.
