Thousands of volunteers join the Repsol Foundation's International Volunteering Week

For yet another year, the Repsol Foundation's International Volunteering Week has been a smashing success as solidarity, collaboration, and social commitment took center stage in this worldwide gathering.
More than 3,000 volunteer participants in 21 countries participated in this event of solidarity in which more than 45 activities were carried out to generate a real impact on people and the environment. From environmental actions to social and educational initiatives, each activity is an opportunity to transform our environment and strengthen ties as a global community.
This year's edition was made possible thanks to the energy and coordination of more than 68 volunteer ambassadors who led each initiative with dedication and zeal. This role proved key in making this week a success.
- More than 2,200 trees have been planted and conditioned, contributing to the regeneration of natural spaces and the fight against climate change.
- More than 2,000 people have directly benefited from the activities, many of them in vulnerable situations.
- All actions took place in collaboration with local social organizations.
From social inclusion workshops to reforestation, activities with the elderly, cleaning up natural spaces, accompanying groups at risk, or educational programs, this week has highlighted the transformative potential of corporate volunteering when it joins the commitment of thousands of people eager to make a difference.
The Repsol Foundation would like to thank all the volunteers who have contributed their time, energy, and enthusiasm. Thanks to all of you, this edition of International Volunteering Week has been a true example of our Company's commitment to society.
Everyone's participation has directly impacted thousands of lives and inspired many more people to volunteer.
Thank you for making this possible!
